Message	And not just a little ghetto. The lowest level of ghetto, like the Mexicans around here who drive around permanently on bright yellow temp tags...and not new cars, but rusted out 93 Toyotas...with Pep Boys stick-on chrome all misaligned surrounding the trunk, etc. A plate on the dash on any car worth more than $400 is ridiculous.
